Displaying all rows in aggregate report, even those where count = 0

Hi there,

I have a report that shows me how many incidents of type A are assigned to each account with profile ID of X, filtered by the date range during which the incidents were created. I'd like the report to display a row for each of the accounts which have a profile ID of X, including those accounts that have 0 incidents of type A assigned to them within the date range. The problem is the report removes the rows (and accounts) which have 0 incidents assigned to them instead of displaying them with a count of 0. In other words, the report shows
