Move 'Create Noncatalog Request' Button location in Redwood Self Service Procurement

We’ve received a request to move the ‘Create Noncatalog Request’ button from the bottom of the page to the top right, in the new Redwood Self Service Procurement application, similar to its position in the classic view.

Could you please confirm if this change is possible? If so, can you advise on how we can implement it?
