Two way messaging, candidate response is not getting captured in the system

Summary:

I want to check the two way messaging feature, where Recruiter or Hiring team members email or texts the candidate, the candidate receives the email. However once the candidate send the response, it is not getting captured under message tab.

I have run the Process Recruiting Inbound Message schedule process and also checked the primary email for recruiter, stil response is not captured. Issue is occuring in lab instance under 25B. Please let me know what is missing or is there any other place where we can capture the candidate response.
