Disabled Report Link Error when saving a report.

I was looking at the following recipe: https://cloudcustomerconnect.oracle.com/posts/e767416f65



This looks like something I could really use. Not sure what I am doing wrong, but when I try to save the report (after importing the definition), I get the attached error. I do not see any report link here. Any suggestions? Could it maybe be because of the version we are on (still May 2016)?
