How to pass one output column as a filter in another report using custom script

I am very new to custom scripts and can we able to do the below requirement using the custom script.

For example : 

In contacts level, we have a bank id as a unique value but due to some reasons it wrongly uploaded in the system. Currently we have Lakhs of contacts in the system and we need to delete the duplicate contacts based on some conditions.

1. .I have created a report with the group filter as count(bankid) > 1 and the columns as "Number of bank accounts"Count(bankid) , BankID .

2. I need to pass that BankID(which has been created as a first report output columns) as a filter in the second report and I have to show all the contact details as ID,FirstName,Lastname,Emailaddress.
