Chat Total for Chats Received by Queue

What expression will show me an accurate total of chats received (not necessarily completed) by queue?  95% of our chats filter through our contact center, but many are transferred out and completed by other groups.  I'd like to show the total chats serviced by our contact center, whether they completed them or not.
