Hello Gurus:

          While, I'm new to Oracle Service Cloud Reporting and Analytics, I've a specific requirement wherein we want to calculate the time (no. of days) for each status in which incident remains in.

          The requirement is to have status for each incident as columns rather than each row for a given incident.

          To be more specific on the format, I'm attaching the mockup, which I have received from the user.

           How can we achieve the time in which status remains for a given incident in columns rather than in rows?

          Has anyone created a incident status report in the attached format? If yes then, please guide me with the steps needed here to develop
