Disable primary flag on customer site addreess purpose

Summary:

We have a customer created with 2 sites. One site has primary Bill to and ship to enabled in address purposes.

For site 2, ship to address purpose is enabled as primary. We wanted to remove the primary flag against ship to in site2 address purpose
