Exclude results if all survey questions are not answered

Is there a way to exclude survey response that does not answer all questions? The report is showing multiple lines where a respondent has answered one question, but not the remaining questions, and then gone back later and fully completed the survey. I need to exclude the rows where all questions were not answered. This is making me a little bit nuts so any assistance will be much appreciated. Thank you!
