Create Workspace accessible outside of chat

In Oracle Right Now. I am trying to create a workspace that contains realtime reports.  So far I have only been able to have it accessible as a chat workspace while a chat is active.  Is there a way to pull up a workspace not created as a chat workspace that can be opened at any time?

I tried creating a task workspace with the applicable real time reports in it, but have been unable to determine how to bring up the workspace when logged in under the profile the workspace is set up under.
