Help with Performance template sections

Hey, hoping to reach out to someone who can help me please.

I have a complicated requirement where I created rating models to show the scoring and then the overall scores, I then created questions in the questions library under performance 360 and added relevant folders - I associated the scored rating model to it, then saved and ensured it was activated, once done I managed to create the questionnaire templates and questionnaires. Once that was completed I created process flows. Then tried to pull in the questions to the performance template sections and hit a blocker where I could not add the questions to it as it is greyed out! Any
