Hourly Rate on Time Cards

We're trying to display an employee’s hourly wage rate on the time card as a Read-Only value on a per-assignment basis but I have been unable to so far.

I have tried to get this information for our students in our TEST environment with the delivered “Default Payroll Rate” Time Entry Layout Component, a custom “RATE_AMOUNT”, custom “PAYROLL_RATE”, and custom “PAYMENT_RATE” and while all do end up showing on the timecard as a column, there’s no data populated.

Has anyone accomplished this already?
