Query on Performance Management Cycle Pages for 25C and 25D

Hello,

We are in the process of migrating to Core HR, but we have made changes in the Performance Management Cycle within Talent Management. Our goal is to keep these changes in Responsive Pages until the 25D update.

However, Oracle has stated that all pages will transition to Redwood by 25C. We have a few questions regarding this:

  1. Can we turn off the Redwood profile option and continue using the Performance Management Cycle in Responsive Pages for 25C and 25D without impacting the system, and then enable the Redwood profile option to make the necessary changes?

We want to ensure minimal disruption to our system and processes. Please let us know the best approach to achieve this.
