For Strategy Task Creation Introduce new transaction level condition for Invoice Amount

Need to create a Predelinquent strategy based on Customer invoice amount, but in the Manage Strategy Tasks > Create Strategy Tasks > Transaction level > Condition, has only two oprions "Days Late" and "Not Applicable". Is there any way to introduce /add an option in the drop down for Invoice Amount?
