Hi All,

I have an issue with a report I'm constructing that I'm hoping you can advise me on. I need to construct a report that calculates the average message response times for all messages relating to Incidents within a date period. I already have a report that calculates the response times for each inbound/outbound message pair and outputs this rolled up by Incident. What I need to do is modify it to calculate the response times, sum them together, and then divide by the number of responses to output the average response time in a single cell/row (the report is intended
