Display Contact Attachment in Customer Portal page

Greetings

I am trying to make a report on the customer portal where the customer can view his/her attachments that are from their Contact record (image attached).

The problem I have is that every contact in their cp account can see all of the attachments in the report.

For example customer1 should only see attachment1 and customer2 should only see attachment2. As of now, both customers can see attachment1 and attachment2.

Is there any solution to this?
