Working of attachments in Fusion Field Service (FFS)

Based on what parameter should we choose Fusion attachments or OCI Object Storage while creating attachment properties in FFS?

Would like to understand how attachments should be used for below customizations:

1. Using Fusion Service, but the business use case is different from OOTB work order activity relation. There are multiple activities under a workorder, so we need to create a custom activity object in Fusion Service which has the one to one mapping with FFS activities. How can we use Fusion attachments in this scenario?
