education values not getting added under talent profile of an employee

Hello,

As talent admin they should be able to add/edit/update the employees talent profile such as education, licensee, honors etc.

However, as a talent admin when trying to add an employee's education details and saving them the value isnt getting saved or in-fact is not being showed.

The education block is still blank, even after filling all required fields and saving it.
