Honors and awards dropdown not opening

Hello,

As a talent admin we should be able to update/edit the talent profile of an employee.

When trying to do so under the honors and awards section - it should be a drop down but when clicking on it there is no list of values which is populating. and even if i type any value also there is no list populating. how do i rectify this ?
