Is there anyway to Audit Who actioned "move task back" or "move task forward" and when.

We have had a couple of employees where on their Performance Document it was up to stage 3 "Manager Evaluation" but the next day it has gone back to the start of stage 1 "Employee reviews Goals, ready to submit" and this means that their self evaluation and all notes are now lost
