How can I change the reasons for switching to the next or previous task in the Performance Document?

I have found the following inclusive description in the performance lookups:

ORA_HRA_MASS_UPD_TASK_REASON (Reason for updating the current task in performance documents)

HRA_DOCS_TASK_BACK_REASON (Reason for going back in a performance document from one task to another).

HRA_DOCS_TASK_FWD_REASON (Reason for moving forward in a service document from one task to another).

I have adjusted the meaning and description of all three lookups.

Both when I create or cancel a new document, as well as when I want to move a task forward or back, the reasons I have stored in the lookup ORA_HRA_MASS_UPD_TASK_REASON are displayed and not those of the lookups HRA_DOCS_TASK_FWD_REASON and HRA_DOCS_TASK_BACK_REASON.
