How to Configure Strategy Tasks on the basis of due dates

Hi Team,

My Client wanted to configure the Automatic Strategy task to send the Reminder Letters to client on the basis of due dates. Can someone please help me how to configure it using Transaction Level strategy tasks. Also need your expertise in understanding on how new delinquent transactions will be treated when already 2 reminders are sent to customer and a new delinquent transaction is created. Will system again send the 1st reminder for new delinquent transaction ?

Requirement for Strategy Task(Letters) :-

First Reminder Due Date+7

Second Reminder Due Date+28 (21 Days after 1st reminder)

Final Reminder Due Date+49 (21 Days after 2nd reminder)
