Read CSV files from SFTP location via Plugin in batch mode

Read CSV files every hour which has activity data in SFTP location and create activities in OFSC without middleware.

Client has requirement that they will place CSV files in SFTP location. OFSC should periodically read the new CSV files placed at SFTP location and perform the task of activity creation in OFSC.
