Inline editing for Account Hierarchy for multiple staff accounts

Hello,

I am looking for a good way to manage multiple staff account's account hierarchy. With the goal to be able to move accounts under new Managers faster than going into each account and manually editing each one as it can be time consuming to do 100+ edits like this.

What I have been trying to do is modify the Staff Accounts by Manager report to not auto save when there is an edit, but it is not letting me edit the Slice > drag and drop options to change the destination column to account hierarchy. 

Is there a good way to do a mass edit for this type of thing?
