Hide participant due date fields from employee view

Summary:

We have a requirements to hide the participant due date field from employees to ensure all information remains confidential. We were able to create a business rule and tie the visibility to our Line Manager role so leaders can see the field for their employees, but the employee cannot see it. However, we have found with this managers can see the due date field on their OWN participant feedback pages within the performance document.

Can VBS support a business rule where line managers can see the due date field except on their OWN document?
