Editing a Requisition in RSSP is causing the source Agreement to be removed

in Purchasing

When creating a Requisition and either using the Save for Later function or submitting it for approval, then returning to the Requisition later and either editing the Draft Requisition or withdrawing the Requisition from workflow and clicking edit is causing the Source Agreement to be removed from the Requisition. Screen shots and explanation of each stage are attached. Are any other users experiencing this?? I have an SR raised 4-0000723067
