can't receive Oracle Cloud Account recovery email

Hello, I can't login to my Oracle Cloud Account, I tried resetting the password and not receiving the Recovery email, and the live agent tried to send password reset email, but sitll no seeing the email even in the spam .however, i can recover my Oracle Account through the password recovery email. Its just looks like this is technical issue on the Oracle Cloud Account.

i checked my email, found an email about Security Policy for OCI Console sign on policy, saying my console is no longer available to use if there is no action taken, my account is not used for a long time, maybe that's the reason too.
