Skills and Qualification - Redwood Descriptive Flexfield

Hello Experts,

we are facing a great issue regarding the Redwood experience for Skill and qualification. We notice that for the content type that use descriptive flexfield, the fields of flexfield are not displayed in first instance in the section and that are visibile only if we expand the section

Moreover we notice that by default, the fields in visualization that were not populated are not displayed while in NUX they were visibile even if blank.

Is there a way in VB to display this fields even if thery are blank? Here another print screen.
