Calculate target date from another date (excluding weekends and holidays)

Hi,

I have a requirement to show a 'target date' based on a custom date/time field. This is basically showing the target for a given team to deal with an incident and 'make a decision' about it.

When the incident is moved into a given status and a given queue, my Business Rules timestamp a custom field (let's call it 'assigned time'.

I then want to show - in a report - the 'target date' which is 5pm on the second working day. This should take account of working hours (0900-1700 Mon-Fri)

e.g.

  • assigned time = Monday 11am | target = Wednesday 5pm
