Auto Increment Date Variable

Hi all,

Was curious if there was a way we can auto increment a date variable - say hours - to show all increments, regardless of whether there is data for that interval or not?

For example, if we run by hours, goes 1,2,3,4,5 etc. but if there is no data for say hour "3", then the rows would show as 1,2,4,5 (skip the interval).  Would like to add "3" and "no value" in the column next to the date interval.
