Regarding Action column in Report

Hi All,

 

I am totally new to RN Analytics and have a small question regarding the Action column in Report.

Actually, I am still on the way of learning Report and trying to create some custom reports, and I can see some of the standard reports have "Action" column in report which allows you to "Open", "Copy" or "Delete" the record.

Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to add the "Action" column in the report design page, so hoping anyone can give me a hint?
