I have a report that tells me which queue it was created to, which queue it was transferred to, and who it was transferred to.

But the report brings the information of the last transfer, that is the last queue and the last transfer agent.

I need to know which was the first transfer agent and the first queue that received the transfer after the ticket was created in the previous queue.

Any suggestion?
