Cannot see the Career statement and Preferences section in 'Update Interest' page of Opp marketplace

Hi, we enabled all the profile options, configured the sections in the person profile, added the career development subscriber and ran related processes. However, we do not see the Career statement and Preferences section in 'Update Interest' page of Opp marketplace.

Can you help understand what we are missing or point to any documentation we may refer to.
