Anytime Feedback Sending Two Emails

Summary:

We have noticed that when end users submit a request for anytime feedback, two emails are being generated. One is expected; however, the other is coming from an Oracle email address that includes 'phonix' and should not be sent out. How do we prevent this second duplicate email from being generated?

When testing in a lower environment, we only receive one email. We are not getting the second unexpected email.
