Is there a way for a worker to reject the evaluation of the performance document?

Hi,
We would like to implement a process where, after the manager completes the evaluation of a worker, the worker reviews the results in the performance document and is required to either accept or reject the evaluation.

We tried using approvals, but the approve/reject actions are always routed to a manager, not the worker.

Is there a way to configure the process so that the worker can explicitly accept or reject the evaluation — either through approvals or another feature in Oracle Fusion HCM?
