We found that BIC code field is not available in customer site payment details wherein bank information are available. Can anyone please confirm whether this field is available in that UI or not. Navigation - Manage customer -- search customer -- Go to customer site -- Payment details ( tab) -- Payment instruments -- Bank accounts
