I'm facing a problem while building a report. I'm trying to count the total number of chat session a client had with us. This is the report:

I tried to create a column counting the number of distinct chat IDs and added a Total calculation on this column:

The problem is that it's counting the Total for every chat message line.
So I tried to group this column but the Total calculation disappeared:

How can I achieve what I'm trying to do?
