How to change the date of the column chat_rt.first_engaged

Hi guys,

I have created a real-time chat report with the "chat_rt" table. The problem I have is that when a client is waiting for an agent to accept the chat invitation, the Start Date (chat_rt.first_engaged) shows by default the date 12/31/1969 19:00:00. I would like to know if there is a way to change that date.
