Can multiple people work on shared goals?

Summary:

We have a requirement where people work on shared goals together and their edits/notes etc. are in the same goal which all of them have visibility to. Is there a similar functionality in HCM? We know we can share goals and users can add them to their individual goal plans, align them and work on them separately, but that isn't the requirement. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
