Is it Possible to Stop Mid-Year Check-In Notifications for the CEO?

Summary:

I'm looking for advice on whether it's possible to deactivate notifications for all mid-year performance check-ins that are currently being sent specifically to our CEO.

The CEO is receiving a very high volume of these notifications, even for minor amendments, and we'd like to limit this to only apply for mid-year check-ins.

Has anyone dealt with a similar scenario, and if so, what's the recommended approach
