Is there another option for processing customer merge other than Customer data Management.

Summary:

Our client is requesting to merge their AR customers. I have tried multiple times to merge the customers, but I have not been able to do so successfully. I attempted the following steps to merge customers in the Manage Customers UI, but it is still not working:

Manage Customers -> Search for one of the customers -> Actions -> Merge record -> Search for the second customer -> Select the master record and submit.

After completing the merge process in the Receivables module on our Oracle Cloud instance, I queried the two customers involved in the merge. However, both customers still appeared in the search results window, indicating that the merge process was not finalized.
