Scenario: Post 30 days Reminder Alert for Optional Assessment

Summary:

Dear Experts,

We have created a blended learning course offering that includes:

  • One ILT/VILT activity (Instructor-Led or Virtual Instructor-Led Training)
  • One optional assessment activity, to be taken 30 days after the ILT/VILT session is completed

We have configured the assessment activity and set up a reminder alert using Alert Composer. The alert is currently working partially as expected.

Current Issue:

The reminder alert is still being triggered for associates who have already completed the optional assessment. This is not the intended behavior.

Desired Outcome:

We want the reminder to be triggered only for those associates who have not completed the optional assessment
