Calculation of total pending duration

Hi All,

I have a requirement in a report, a column should display total duration of an incident, when status was in pending(waiting). If incident status changed to 'pending' multiple times, the report column should display the sum of the duration in which incident was in 'pending' status.

Can anyone assist?
