Survey results in an Incident tab.

I'm trying to figure out how to display the results of "msg_lookup('VIEW_RESULTS_CMD')" in an Incident tab, but so far I can find no mention of either msg_lookup or VIEW_RESULTS_CMD in any documentation. This is the column definition for the Action column in the "My Survey Scores" report.

 

What I've done so far is add a tab to the Incident workspace that contains the My Survey Scores report. I have removed all the filters, and now I need to 'pass' something to the report so it outputs results for the incident that you have open. If the best I can do is display the "View Results" link on the tab and have to click it, that's at least progress. Is that possible, and if so how?
