Agents Audit

Hi,

We've been asked to produce an audit of agents creation, edits and deletions.

  1. Profile Type
  2. First Name
  3. Last Name
  4. Collar Number
  5. Login
  6. Attributes/Access levels
  7. Date access activated
  8. Name of Administrator who has given access
  9. Date access disabled (if relevant)
  10. Name of Administrator who has removed access 

1 to 6 seems fairly simple but was wondering how we could do 7 to 10?

On number 6 we have 3 different attribute columns (aspect_attr, attr, common_attr) - what's the difference between the 3? They all have a description of "A bitmap describing the disabled and flags statuses of the account."
