Creating Segment Group Rules

Is it possible to create a segment group rule in Responsys that checks if a records Birthdate is less than 18 years in the past? I'm basically trying to create an under 18 audience segment and I'm not sure it is possible in the responsys rule format or if I need to figure out a different solution.
