I have a report I'm trying to build which shows how long it takes for an agent to respond to each incident.

I'm having a hard time getting all our incidents to show on the report.  Based on the filters I have set, I expect to see several hundred incidents per day, but instead am seeing anywhere from 1-10.  I'm not sure what I'm missing here, but this is not even close.

I've attached the report definition, but here's what I've filtered on:

  • incidents.created - Within the past year
  • incidents.queue_id - All.  This is only included at runtime in case users want to view certain incident queues
