Remove '& nbsp' from incident text in the report

Hi all,

We created a report for incident responses using 'threads.note' column. Every thing is good, only problem is, in the report, it is showing, blank lines as '&nbsp'. We have checked the 'strip HTML tag' checkbox, but it is still there. Please refer to attached screenshot for better clarification. 

Can anyone help to remove '&nbsp' from the report.
