Case History Analytics Fields

We have a requirement from a client to extract a large number of case details into a report extract.
I'm unable to locate the correct fields in Analytics which store Private Note and Email details to pull the case details into the report.
I'm wondering whether this would even be possible because the level of detail in the report would be huge, and it would also need to be in a legible format.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
