Access level report

This has been driving me nuts for hours. We have an internal site that use access levels based on region, eg EMEA, APAC and NAM, as well as Supervisor access.

On the CP of their internal site, we want to use a report with User Access so that they see whatever FAQs are relevant to their SLA. So, in the console I have the report but if I change the Access Level filter to EMEA (which matches my SLA) I get different results. With the EMEA filter my top FAQ is a FAQ that doesn't even show up if I have User Access ticked... and the FAQ definitely has EMEA access ticked.

Howdy, Stranger!
